Returns and Exchanges


We want you to love our work, but if you for some reason are dissatisfied with what you purchased from us, we are happy to offer you an exchange or a refund (excluding postage and packaging fee).

You must contact us immediately to arrange for the exchange/refund and the product must be sent back to us within 7 days. Please do not send anything back until you have spoken to us!

The product must be returned in a perfect salable condition so make sure to send it securely. We recommend that you send it Recorded.

Please note that the return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense.

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of the items return and via the original method of payment; we can not refund to a different card or account other than that which was used to fund the original transaction.


Should the item be damaged or broken when you receive it, please contact us ASAP! We will then do everything possible to correct the problem. Once the damadged item has been returned to us a new item will be sent to you. If this was the only one (our paintings are never reproduced) we will offer an exchange for something else or your money will be refunded. Just make sure to contact us immediately!
